1 Scope
This Standard applies to fermented alcoholic beverages and formulated spirits.
2 Terms and definitions
2.1 Fermented alcoholic beverages
Alcoholic beverage that is made from main raw materials, such as grains, fruits,
milk, through fermentation or partial fermentation.
2.2 Formulated spirits of fermented alcoholic beverages
Alcoholic beverage, that uses fermented alcoholic beverage as the wine base,
is added with edible auxiliary materials or food additives, and is made through
blending, mixing or processing, of which the original wine base style has been
changed.
3 Technical requirements
3.1 Raw material requirements
It shall comply with corresponding standards and relevant regulations.
3.2 Sensory requirements
It shall comply with relevant provisions of the corresponding product standards.
3.3 Physical-chemical indicators
Physical-chemical indicators shall be in accordance with Table 1.
