1 Scope
This Part of GB/T 9813 specifies the technical requirements, test methods, quality
assessment procedures and marking, packaging, transportation and storage
requirements for servers containing 1 to 4 CPUs (hereinafter referred to as: products).
This Part is applicable to the design and manufacture of servers with 1 to 4 CPUs. Other
types of server product standards can be used for reference.

The keyboard input shall comply with the requirements of GB/T 19246 and GB/T
18031.
b) Handwriting Input
The handwriting input method software equipped with the product shall comply with
the requirements of GB/T 18790.
c) Voice input
The voice input function of the product shall comply with the requirements of GB/T
21023.
4.1.3.4 Chinese vocabulary
The Chinese vocabulary equipped with the product shall give priority to the word
library specified in GB/T 15732. The vocabulary expanded on the basis of GB/T 15732
shall comply with the language and writing standards or habits of my country, and shall
have the basis of the source of the vocabulary.
4.2 Appearance and structure
4.2.1 The product surface shall not have obvious dents, scratches, cracks, deformations
and pollution, etc. The surface coating shall be uniform and shall not bubble, crack, fall
off or wear, and the metal parts shall be free of rust and other mechanical damage.
4.2.2 The words, symbols and signs describing the functions on the surface of the
product shall be clear, correct and firm, and shall comply with relevant national
standards.
4.2.3 The product components shall be fastened without looseness. Pluggable
components shall be reliably connected. Switches, buttons and other control
components shall be flexible and reliable. The layout shall be easy to use.
4.2.4 The operating state indication function shall be provided in a prominent position
on the product. The specific meaning of the indication function shall be specified in the
product standard or explained in the product accompanying documents.
4.2.5 The product shall have a good grounding system. The logic ground and protection
ground shall be separated from the AC ground.
4.2.6 Packaging and cushioning materials shall give priority to materials that meet
environmental protection requirements.
4.2.7 The structural design shall follow the requirements of standardization and
serialization. The internal structure of the chassis shall meet the installation
requirements of common components. The appearance and structural dimensions of the
rack chassis shall meet the installation requirements of common cabinets. The external
dimensions of the circuit board interface inserted into the bus socket shall comply with
the provisions of the relevant bus standards. All input and output interfaces shall comply
with relevant national or industry standards.
4.3 Function and performance
4.3.1 basic functions
4.3.1.1 Reliable operation support
The memory and hard disk of the product shall comply with the relevant provisions of
GB/T 21028. The memory shall have data error correction (ECC) function. The hard
disk shall provide data security protection function.
4.3.1.2 System performance indicators
The performance technical indicators and parameters of the main functional units of the
product (such as central processing unit, memory, input and output controller,
peripheral device controller, network interface, etc.) shall be specified in the product
standards or described in the product accompanying documents.
4.3.2 Optional functions
4.3.2.1 Description
The following functions are optional. The functions of the product shall be specified in
the product standard or described in the product accompanying documents.
4.3.2.2 Network interface function
The product's network interface shall support load balancing and redundancy functions.
4.3.2.3 Operational reliability support function
The power supply, fan and other components of the product shall comply with the
relevant provisions of GB/T21028. When a component fails, the product shall be able
to send an alarm message to the system administrator in one or more forms such as
indicator light, sound, email, short message, etc.
4.3.2.4 Remote operability function
The product shall be able to be powered on, powered off, restarted, etc. remotely
regardless of the operating system. The remote operation of the product shall have the
necessary user identity authorization and verification as well as operation event
recording functions.
4.3.2.5 State monitoring
The product's power supply, hard disk, fan and other components shall comply with the

5.1 Test environment conditions
Unless otherwise specified, the tests are carried out under the following normal
atmospheric conditions:
- Temperature: 15℃~35℃;
- Relative humidity: 25%~75%;
- Atmospheric pressure: 86 kPa~106 kPa.
5.2 Appearance and structure inspection
The appearance and structure inspection shall be carried out by visual inspection and
relevant inspection tools and shall comply with the requirements of 4.2.
5.3 Functional and performance inspection
5.3.1 Inspection procedure
If the product function is checked by running the inspection program (the enterprise
provides the test software), the inspection program shall be run once. The inspection
program compilation principles and technical requirements are shown in Annex A.
5.3.2 Chinese information processing check
Use the method specified in GB/T 11460 to check the conformity of the Chinese fonts
in the product with the corresponding standard fonts. Check the character set at the
same time as the font.
Randomly select 20 two-, three-, four- and five-character words from GB/T 15732 for
comparison and inspection. They shall be able to be output correctly. Or the
manufacturer can provide a printed text of the full set of character libraries for
inspection.
5.3.3 Basic function check
5.3.3.1 Operational reliability support check
By running the error data injection program, the memory's data error correction (ECC)
function and the hard disk's data security protection function shall work properly.
During the inspection program, the product shall work stably.
5.3.3.2 System performance indicator inspection
Check the system's central processing unit, bus, memory, input/output controller,
network and other performance indicators, which shall be consistent with product
standards or product random documents.
5.3.4 Optional function check
5.3.4.1 Network interface function check
Complete the function configuration according to the configuration method and steps
of the load balancing and redundancy functions of the network interface provided by
the product. Perform the operation of sending and receiving data packets on the product
side to verify the load balancing function of the network interface. Manually disconnect
any network interface in the network interface group configured as redundant to verify
the redundancy function of the network interface.
5.3.4.2 Operational reliability support function check
According to product standards or product documents, check the components in the
system that are designed with reliable support and the functions they support.
If any one of the components configured as redundant and hot-swappable is manually
removed, the system shall continue to operate reliably. The indication and alarm
functions shall work normally.
5.3.4.3 Remote operability function check
Through the hardware and software configured by the product, follow the remote
operation steps provided by the product to perform functional checks on power on,
power off, restart, user identity authorization and verification, and operation event
logging.
5.3.4.4 State monitoring inspection
According to the state monitoring software provided by the product, check the operating
state information of system power supply, hard disk, fan and other components.
5.3.4.5 Inspection of auxiliary tools and management software
Check the functions of the product auxiliary tool software according to the software
usage and operation steps.
5.3.4.6 Server operating system check
If the product is delivered with pre-installed operating system software, check the
copyright and functions of the software according to the operating system-related
documentation provided with the product.
5.4 Safety test
Follow the relevant provisions of GB 4943.1.
5.7.3 Immunity
Performed in accordance with GB/T 17618.
5.8 Environmental test
5.8.1 General requirements
The general principles, terms and definitions of environmental test methods shall
comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T 2421.1 and GB/T 2422.
In the following tests, the specified initial and final tests shall be uniformly inspected
in appearance and structure according to 5.2. The inspection procedure shall be run once
and the operation shall be normal.
When there are special requirements for the test methods of certain equipment installed
in structurally integrated products, these shall be stated in the product standards.
5.8.2 Temperature lower limit test
5.8.2.1 Operating temperature lower limit test
Conduct according to "Test Ad" in GB/T 2423.1. The test sample shall be initially tested.
The severity level is the lower limit of the working temperature specified in Table 2.
Power on and run the inspection program for 2 h. The test sample shall work normally.
The recovery time is 2 h.
5.8.2.2 Storage and transportation temperature lower limit test
Conduct according to "Test Ab" in GB/T 2423.1. The severity level is the lower limit
of the storage and transportation temperature specified in Table 2. The test sample is
stored under non-working conditions for 16 h. The recovery time is 2 h. Conduct the
final test.
In order to prevent frost and condensation on the test samples during the test, it is
allowed to seal the test samples with polyethylene film before conducting the test. If
necessary, a moisture absorbent can also be placed in the sealing sleeve.
5.8.3 Temperature upper limit test
5.8.3.1 Operating temperature upper limit test
Conduct according to "Test Bd" in GB/T 2423.2. The test sample shall be subjected to
initial testing. The severity level shall be the upper limit of the operating temperature
specified in Table 2. Power on and run the inspection program for 2 h. The test sample
shall work normally. The recovery time is 2 h.
5.8.3.2 Storage and transportation temperature upper limit test
Conduct according to "Test Bb" in GB/T 2423.2. The severity level is the upper limit
of the storage and transportation temperature specified in Table 2. The test sample is
stored under non-working conditions for 16 hours. The recovery time is 2 hours.
Conduct the final test.
5.8.4 Steady state damp heat test
5.8.4.1 Steady-state humidity test under working conditions
Conduct the test according to "Test Ca" in GB/T 2423.3. The severity level is the upper
limit of the working temperature and humidity specified in Table 2. The sample to be
tested shall be tested initially. The test duration is 2 h. During this period, the power-on
operation inspection program shall work normally. The recovery time is 2 h. Conduct
the final test.
5.8.4.2 Steady-state humidity test under storage and transportation conditions
Conduct the test according to "Test Ca" in GB/T 2423.3. The test samples shall be tested
for the initial test. The severity level shall be the storage and transportation temperature
and the upper limit of storage and transportation humidity and heat specified in Table
2. The test samples shall be stored for 48 h under non-working conditions. The recovery
time is 2 h. Conduct the final test.
5.8.5 Vibration test
5.8.5.1 Test description

1 Scope
